Application Checklist

Supporting Information To Be Provided

ID (100pts) we will need to view originals

  • Current drivers licence or proof of age card
  • Current passport OR birth certificate and marriage certificate (if change of name) Income verification

PAYG

  • Most recent last two computer generated payslips less than one month old showing your name, employer’s name and ABN, current salary, and year-to-date income,
  • Most recent PAYG summary or Group Certificate If both not available…
  • Employer letter on company letterhead stating annual income, position, basis and term of employment, signed and dated.
  • Three months Bank Statements showing regular salary credits with employers name
  • If investment properties rental income applicable, proof of rental income via rental statements, current lease. Where property is newly being purchased, provide rental letter from property manager, evidencing expected weekly rent. If rent range is provided we will the use the lower end of the range.

Self Employed or Company Income

(ABN more than 2 years)
  • Most recent two years’ full tax returns (business, trust and personal, including complete financial reports) and corresponding tax assessment notices.

Financial Supporting information

  • Last 1 month statement for every current transaction account you have (or older statement with corresponding last 31 days transaction history report from your netbank with Account Number, Your Name and debit/credit/balance amounts matching).
  • Last 3 months statements for any credit cards being consolidated.
  • Last 6 month statements for any personal or car loans you are refinancing.
  • Last 6 month statements for any property loans you are refinancing.
  • If LVR is above 80% supply 3 months’ bank statements showing funds to complete purchase and 5% genuine savings).
  • Rate Notice if refinancing any property loans.

Purchasing Property

  • Fully completed and legible Contract of Sale, signed and dated by Vendor and Purchaser, complete with all Annexures.
  • Duly completed and signed HIA building contract, building plans, specifications and addenda
  • Any receipts for land and build deposits paid.
